heavy grocery

So I was going to work yesterday and I saw this weird thing. A Fly in the wall was crawling backwards. At that moment I freaked out and thought I was actually going bananas.
Then I looked close and that's what I saw:
This scrawny little spider was dragging this dead fly back to it's web. The size difference between the two was huge. That skinny spider was probably starving because it carried that heavy corpse all over the wall with so much enthusiasm. It probably took her the whole day to reach it's destination. ...And I complaining my 30 minute drive to Trader Joes.

This was my contribution for our microgallery show that happens sporadically at the studio . The theme was: Heros vs Villains. I love old school japanese super-heros. My entire childhood I spent watching this type of heros fighting ugly monsters and creatures to save humanity. I couldn't help but to choose my favorite japanese hero, Ultra-man as the subject of my painting.
